1. Eligibility​
All clients must be at least 18 years of age or have documented parental/guardian consent to receive services. Clients must provide accurate and complete personal and health information before treatment.
2. Appointments & Scheduling​
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card may be required to reserve your appointment. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment if necessary.
3. Cancellation Policy​
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of 50% charged to the card on file.
4. Late Arrivals​
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled or have their treatment time reduced. Full charges will still apply.
5. Medical Disclosure​
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or changes in health prior to receiving services. Failure to do so may increase the risk of complications.
6. Results & Expectations​
We strive for excellent results; however, individual outcomes may vary. No guarantee is made regarding the effectiveness or duration of any treatment.
7. Payment & Refunds​
All services must be paid in full at the time of treatment. We accept major credit/debit cards and other forms of payment as stated at the time of booking. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered, packages, or gift cards.
8. Promotions & Packages​
All promotions are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time without notice. Packages must be used within the specified time frame or will be forfeited.
9. Privacy & Communications
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive appointment reminders and marketing communications via email, text, or phone. Message and data rates may apply. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
10. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason, including but not limited to health concerns, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these Terms.
11. Liability Waiver
By receiving services at our facility, you release Aesthetics & Holistic by Vee, its staff, and affiliates from any liability related to adverse reactions, injuries, or complications that may arise.
12. Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
